Authors Galore!
Friday night we had the opportunity of attending an author reception where 30 authors were present for a book signing. The reception was part of the American Booksellers Association Winter Institute. We had such an enjoyable time meeting so many authors. We walked from line to line as we waited to get our books signed. Here are pictures of two of our favorite authors. Do you recognize this author?
Yes, it’s Shannon Hale holding an advance copy of her new book, The Actor and the Housewife which will be released in June. We’re looking forward to reading her book. I know the reps sure talked highly of it. We also met Brandon Sanderson and got copies of his two books, Alcatrez Versus the Scrivener’s Bones and Alcatrez Versus the Evil Librarians.
