Bats at the Library

Bats at the Library· storytime

Story Time – Oct. 21, 2008

Bats at the Library written and illustrated by Brian Lies

The continuing adventures of bats in this book is a companion book to “Bats at the Beach”. It has the same poetic style as the first bat book that helps to pull children into the fun at the public library. Bats making shadow shapes on the wall, playing in the fountain and of course reading favorite books are all part of the night’s fun for the bats when they library window is left open. After listening to the story, children created their own paper sack puppets to take home with them.
