Adventure Club News

Have you ever thought of joining our Adventure Club? This book club meets once a month at 4:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. We have fun, fun, fun reading good books and experimenting with fun activities to go along with them. The group is for kids ages 9 – 12. On Tuesday, March 15th, we’ll adventure into a new book by Dan Gutman, The Genius Files: Mission Unstoppable! If you are interested, you still have plenty of time to read the book before then. This is a story about Coke and Pepsi McDonald, thrill seekers adventuring out on a cross-country vacation. In the story, they jump off a cliff, get locked in the basement of a burning school, are chased by murderous lunatics, are left for dead in the pit of a sand dune and there is more but if I tell you everything, you won’t read the book! Read the book and you’ll be hooked on Coke and Pepsi and what it’s like to uncover secret messages in the Genius Files . . . if you DARE!
