Rapunzel’s Revenge
We had a very successful event on Saturday. Shannon and Dean Hale, husband and wife and co-authors of Rapunzel’s Revenge were here to sign their books.
We had a great turn out to help us welcome them to Tooele.
They shared their thoughts about their book and how they got their ideas for it. They even had some great tips on writing for those who were interested. Our pictures are up now at the bookstore so drop on by and take a peek.
Marta, one of the owners of the quilt shop, Sew Sweet, designed a quilt based on Shannon’s book The Goose Girl. She was kind enough to loan it to us for our book signing. Here is Shannon posing in front of the quilt.
By the way that sweatshirt that Shannon is wearing actually belonged to Dean’s grandmother who graduated from Tooele High School back in 1939.
